All work remains the property of Fahari until payment is received in full.

The copyright of all designs belongs to Julie Lawrence.

Images of the work may not be used without the permission of Julie Lawrence. Designs are sold as complete copyrighted designs and may not be altered or tampered with and sold in an altered state.

If work is lent out for press and promotion purposes, images and editorial must be credited with the Fahari brand name and agent’s details of sale, and a copy of any promotional material supplied to Julie Lawrence.

Each product is individually handmade, using natural and hand-dyed materials, dimensions and colours may alter slightly from samples seen. Note that Kitenge prints vary from season to season and we may not be able to supply the fabrics pictured.

Neither Julie Lawrence or Fahari are liable or responsible for any injury, reaction, or affect upon any persons as a result of the association with any of the products made by Fahari.
